Great customer service. Quick and easy
I spoke with someone who managed the place he said that I signed a lease that said they weren't responsible for any damaged items. I recommened that they should refund some of money because there is some expectation that the building would be properly maintained, which it obviously was not. The manager said he needed to speak with someone else about it and never called me back or returned my phone call.
I stored all of my household items at this facility while I looked for a new house. In the matter of 4 months, a number of items got wet and a few were completely ruined, including my couch and 2 futon mattresses. The roof had apparently leaked and those items were wet and covered in mold.
