Very nice bouncer tonight at the swim meet. Chuck was so helpful and very good at his job. Everyone is always helpful and kind there though.
Up to date equipment, great knowledgeable customer service, and plenty of workshops available.
Clean. Pool. Indoor track. Free weights. Machines. Treadmill. Elliptical. Trainers. Racquetball. Basketball. And a health food bar. What more could you want?
We used to go to homeschool swim and loved it, except the pool got progressively colder over the 2 sessions we participated in. Last session my 3 and 5 yos couldn't stay in for their 30 min lesson, so we stopped going after that. Numerous employees said the facilities management kept it cold to save money and they couldn't help us. Such a shame. The facility is very nice. The membership fees are very expensive, $68/month for 1 person or $170/month for my family with discounts as of today.
Facilities are in excellent condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the price for non-faculty members is rather steep, that's why I go elsewhere.
